I went diving in Thailand and Chinese tourists come scuba and snorkle but can't actually swim, like at all... they have guides holding them who push them around Ike paraplegics in the water... This device appears made for the equivalent consumer, a Chinese snowboarder who can't snowboard.

Personally I think teaching how to stop on toeside edge just like he does on heels it's much easiers to full lock out toeside and come to a stop and get comfortable that way then work on being able to adjust would help a ton from my experience confidence is key to not only learning but being safe, but being overly confident can become a problem aswell.

I did not know that places like this exist in CO. Kinda reminds me of the now closed Sky Valley Ski Resort in GA. I just looked up the stats: It was at 3500 ft and actually had two lifts and five runs. I remember seeing it like 20yrs ago and thinking damn this is small.

Romany BUDDY! YOU ARE KILLING IT! I cant wait to see next years progress. Hey JB just an observation of Roman riding. I see that most of his wobbles come from his arms. I like to have my kids at class hold onto their pant legs. It really helps to quiet the upper body! Just a thought.

Absolutely LOVE that Roman and the Little Dude are hyping off of each other: "Let's Gooo!" That takes the fear factor down for Roman. He's not concentrating at all that he's on a steep Blue run. So many adults & kids that start later on just can't stop thinking about the pitch. Man once one figures out to concentrate on your form & not lean away from the hill, it's so much easier to ride. I learn that on skis first. Then I had to ignore the pitch to snowboard in control & have fun! RIDE ON!! Roman is the little MAN & he's beasting it!

I think we're due for a new slam montage next season!

So sorry about this horrible fall. I had a snowboard fall like this & I did a 360 head over heels. ROUGH! But I survived to complete my day. Hope you don't have any signs or symptoms indicating a concussion, knee issues or back issues. Praying for full recovery even if it's all just muscular pains. Be well. Mel
